  Jose did not complete work in a timely manner...
  Would not return the many phone calls nor respond to numerous text messages.
  Had various people working the job. Finally inspection of completed work, I found debris in my trees, nails all over, debris in my yard areas. I paid remaining balance. Then 3days later there was water in my garage from a leak in the garage roofing. Drywall fell onto the floor. He came back fixed the leak, said he would return in a few days to repair drywall..... we gave up after a month, when he did not return, nor did he return phone calls nor text messages. Buyer beware of this contractor.
